ENGLISH CREAMED HONEY
Thick, floral honey made by bees gathering from English cherry and apple orchards and hawthorn hedgerows in late Spring. The gentle blossom scent marries beautifully with creamy, milky cheeses. Spoon on to a warm Daylesford Penyston Brie, or over ricotta and poached pear on toast. Delicious on light milk breads such as crumpets and scones.
BORAGE HONEY
Very delicate, gentle honey made by bees gathering from vibrant star-shaped blue borage flowers. The sweetness brings out the caramel flavours in matured hard cheeses such as Daylesford Cheddar, Single Gloucester P.D.O. and Adlestrop and pairs perfectly with the creamy, toasted flavour of oatcakes and porridge.
OXFORDSHIRE HONEY
Delicate, floral honey made by bees gathering from meadows, woodlands and wild hedgerows, close to our farm in the Cotswolds. The bright sweetness mellows strong cheeses such as Daylesford Bledington Blue and Baywell, and balances bitterness in rye bread and fresh fruit puddings.
