Picked fresh from our organic Market Garden on our Cotswolds farm.
We grow over twenty varieties of squash and pumpkins at Daylesford and they are our head gardener Jez’s favourite things to grow, because he says harvesting the golden, red, green and orange orbs is like hunting for buried treasure.
In the right conditions, squash can be stored for up to three months and you can use them decoratively as well as in edible dishes.
