Pork Chipolata Sausages, 340g – Our perfectly seasoned chipolata sausages are made at our Wootton estate using outdoor raised pork. The pork is from free range, organic, outdoor bred pigs, sourced from an organic farmer in Gloucestershire who shares our values in animal welfare and meat quality.
Pork Cumberland Sausages, 400g – An abundance of pepper with sage, ginger and nutmeg.
Unsmoked Back Bacon, 184g – A real all-rounder, we love its salty flavours with sweet roasted tomato. All of our bacon is dry cured using traditional methods. The pork is from free range, organic, outdoor bred pigs, sourced from an organic farmer in Gloucestershire who shares our values in animal welfare and meat quality. We choose large white cross pigs known to make exceptional bacon.
Smoked Streaky Bacon, 184g – If you like your bacon extra crispy, go for our organic streaky bacon. The creamy white fat running through each rasher ensures plenty of flavour as well as an appealingly crunchy texture when cooked. Our smoked bacon is a true smoke, using applewood chips to provide a deeply savoury flavour.
Organic Tomato Ketchup, 230ml – A firm Daylesford favourite. Packed full of ripe tomatoes, apples and spices. Perfect with everything, but particularly good with our succulent burgers.
Cotswold Brown Eggs, 1/2 Dozen – From hens freely ranging grass and clover pastures in the fresh air on our farm.
