Put 45g of porridge into a saucepan with 250ml of your favourite milk or water.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Alternatively,
place 45g in a microwaveable bowl, add 200ml milk or water and microwave for
1½ minutes on full power. Add 50ml more milk or water, stir and microwave for
a further 30 seconds. Top with a spoonful of nut butter for extra richness.
