Handmade organic Italian butter Panettone with vine fruits and candied peel
Handmade Italian panettone .The heart of the process is still today the slow natural leavening with mother yeast alive: “lievito madre vivo” in Italian, a special sourdough cared for and refreshed several times a day which makes the panettone so soft and tasty, as well as digestible. The complete process is three days long, as it used to be.
