Organic White Wine – Fresh & crisp white with notes of hawthorns and ripe quince. A crystalline white wine with silvery highlights to the colour and gentle saline hints on the palate. With a nose of Provencal orchards in springtime along with wild flowers and citrus fruit flavours.
Following in the footsteps of their award-winning rosé, Secret de Léoube, this organic white wine is inspired by the rich coastal terroir found at Chateau Léoube which gives a gentle salinity to the finish. Pairs with any fish and shellfish especially sea urchins and oysters, along with light goats cheese and salads.
